Medication Assisted Treatment (POWER)

POWER: Partnering Organizations for Wellness, Empowerment & Recovery

The POWER program is designed to provide medication assisted treatment to offenders addicted to opiates. The primary medication utilized in this program is Vivitrol.  Vivitrol, the brand name for injectable naltrexone, is a non-addictive opioid blocker.

The program incorporates a detoxification component and an outpatient or residential program track. Group and individual counseling are paired with the Vivitrol injections.
